Log into your NWTN Home account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all protective padding and include your printed return slip to ensure the product arrives safely at our warehouse.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
